Happy New Year

And thanks for making 2014 a special year for the Strategist.


Strategist @ New Year“Happy new year from Strategist magazine. 2014 was a red-letter year for us. It saw the launch of both our main products: our beautiful quarterly print issue and this complementary, responsive, mobile-first platform.

“Both garnered praise for their unusual designs and content, which in 2014 included one-to-one CEO profiles, submissions from the London School of Economics, Henley Business School, and more. Our aim is to put a new generation of business writers in front of readers who want something more than press releases and syndicated copy.

“We partnered with an exciting range of independent organisations, including Diginomica, 24N, and Think Events, and have ambitious plans for this year. Stand by for information on those, both here and on our Twitter feed @strategistmag.

Strat 2“Our owners and publishers, EastwoodMiddleton, are co-launching a brand new family-magazine in January 2015: Child Internet Safety (CIS), produced by EM for Engage Media Solutions, which will accompany the annual conference of the same name.

“In addition, EastwoodMiddleton has been managing for exhibitions giant ImagoTechMedia since August 2014. Our corporate website, some new products, and much more, are all due over the next few weeks and months. Again, stand by for details.

Strat1Strategist magazine and will return soon with more exclusives, including an in-depth, multi-article report on doing business in, and with, South Africa – from basing yourself in that country, to partnering with South African suppliers or outsourcing your operations there (the latter in the form of a detailed report from the LSE).
