THINK Events are designed to encourage discussion and debate about all things ‘cloud’. Our THINK conferences and smaller niche offerings enable the wider management and IT community – across both public and private sectors – to engage with thought leaders on the latest developments within the industry, while also providing a platform to converse directly with the suppliers who are shaping the solutions on offer.

THINK Cloud for Government 2015

Back for its fourth year, THINK Cloud for Government is the annual event that presents all the latest information, best practice, opinion and case studies, with thought leadership from government officials, IT and procurement professionals, academics, independent analysts, and leading cloud vendors, from the largest corporations to the nimblest, most innovative SMEs.

2015 promises to be the start of the next phase of public sector cloud adoption. In 2015, 50 per cent of new IT spending in central government alone is intended to move to the cloud. With the clock ticking down on the old-style multi-year, multibillion-pound government computing contracts, there are more and more opportunities for a commodity cloud purchasing model to become the norm across all branches of the public sector.  That can mean a major saving on costs and time, and a major increase in efficiency and flexibility.

THINK Cloud for Government 2015 is the one-stop shop for everything related to cloud computing in the digital public sector market.

THINK Cloud for Health

THINK Cloud for Health is a one-day conference that looks at the potential for cloud computing in the 21st century health service, both on the front line and as part of the wider ecosystem of partners with and providers to the NHS.

Few areas of the public sector are under more pressure than healthcare. With an expanding and ageing population, the NHS finds itself under ever increasing pressure to perform with ever greater operational and economic efficiency.

As the sister event of the hugely successful THINK Cloud for Government conferences, THINK Cloud for Health is a must-attend for all those charged with realising the technology-empowered health service.

THINK Cloud Vendors

THINK Cloud Vendors is a one-day conference looking at the opportunities on offer to those participating in the G-Cloud framework, as well as highlighting the challenges faced by the supplier community when selling cloud services to the public sector. Pitched at the SME supplier audience and built firmly around practical guidance, delegates will benefit from the actual experiences of peer organisations that are already successfully working within the G-Cloud framework.

As producers of the already successful THINK Cloud for Government series of events, we always discuss the agenda, the focus and the structure of each event with senior executives from both local and central government, independent experts and analysts, and suppliers of cloud services to the public sector.

The difference between THINK Cloud Vendors and any other event is that we will be producing an online toolkit for the delegates of the event, which will form a vital part of their working resources post event. We are planning to video each panel session and make these videos available for download to all delegates post event, along with any presentations on the day and separate interviews conducted offstage with the speakers.

To give this toolkit added depth we would like to know what active G-Cloud vendors would like to have included in the resources that we provide? We want to know if vendors would benefit from more sector-by-sector spend analysis, case studies on successful engagement, or simply more advice from existing buyers and from other suppliers currently using the framework.

If you are a senior manager within a cloud services vendor, then please get in touch with your thoughts.
